What to expect

24 Fitness studio is your all-time fitness assistant. We advocate for lifestyle modifications, as well as basic fitness routines and nutrition guidelines. We shape your body to be fitness-dependent rather than machine-dependent. We have created a fun and productive training environment. Our motive is to build up a long-term impact on your physical and mental well-being.

24 fitness studio is not your usual gym session, we focus on overall body transformation internally and not just external appearance. We believe that a full fitness center should never be confined to workouts and exercises. Away from the monotonous load of equipment; we broaden our offerings to please members with our luxurious amenities that they can enjoy at our fitness studio. We always live up to the high standards that our members have come to expect from us.

Tejveer Bagai

Personal Trainer

He is certified in female fitness from the gold gym fitness institute. He won Mr. Delhi gold medal in deadlift 260kg and a bronze medal in bench press 165 kg. He also achieved Mr. Haryana bronze medals in deadlift 265kg and bench press 150 kg.

JAGDISH

Inhouse Trainer

Mr. Jagdish is a Personal Trainer. He is an expert in Body conditioning & Body Transformation.

Amit Singh

BOXING TRAINER PERSONAL TRAINER

 He is an Inhouse Trainer. He is a graduate & postgraduate in B.P.E (bachelor of physical education and health). In 2020, he participated in the All India University games. He won 3 bronze medals and 1 silver medal in Boxing. In 2017, he got the inter-college silver medal in Boxing. He is the gold medallist of All Delhi Sports Authority of India games. He is the district champion of South Delhi & Aligarh District and won Gold five times for these districts.

Dr.Rajiv Bhatia

Senior Health Consultant

Dr. Rajiv Bhatia is an Ayurvedic Physician and also a Weight loss Diet Expert. He served more than 1000 members for so many years.

Adarsh

Cross Fit Trainer

He has years of experience in CrossFit training. He assists you to gain your fitness goals within a short time. He always plans easy workouts which don’t strain your muscles.

VIKRAM

DANCE FITNESS TRAINER

He has enough skill in this field. He is energetic, passionate, humble and    encourages everyone to achieve their best. He provides easy steps so that everyone can do it without much trouble.
